Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking LGV2 drivers to operate out of Spondon, Derbyshire, delivering refrigerated goods across the UK from Derby. Shifts typically 8–12 hours with 8–10 deliveries and minimal handballing. Start times are between 06:00 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, with a pro-rated holiday entitlement.

Offers temporary ongoing work with potential for permanent contracts for the right driver; visa sponsorship is not available.

LGV2 Drivers required out of Spondon Derbyshire, you will be delivering food using refrigerated LGV2 vehicles. Weekly pay,

You will be delivering food across the UK out of Derby no handball required.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering palletised and cage-based frozen goods to a range of commercial customers.

Most shifts involve between 8 and 10 deliveries, with minimal handballing required. This is a straightforward delivery role suited to drivers who want regular work without extensive manual handling.

You’ll be expected to complete deliveries safely and on time while maintaining a professional approach throughout the working day.

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.

• The ability to carry out deliveries safely, efficiently and on time.

Temporary but ongoing work available. Potential permanent contract for the right driver.

Monday to Friday with start times are between 06:00 and 08:00 each day.

Shift lengths are approximately 10-12 hours

You’ll earn £16.00 PAYE or £19.00 if paid through our umbrella provider

You have a holiday entitlement of up to 28 days (pro rata).
