Adams Morey, Ltd. is seeking a skilled DAFaid / Workshop HGV Technician to join our team in Salisbury with plans for a new site in Andover. This role involves servicing and maintaining commercial vehicles and providing roadside assistance, ensuring vehicles operate safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, or Workshop Technician.
• A full UK driving licence; HGV licence desirable but not essential.
• A positive attitude and commitment to high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to commercial vehicles and trailers.
• Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Providing roadside assistance and recovery support through the DAFaid service.
• Completing inspections, MOT preparation, and preventative maintenance.

Skills

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Relevant technical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
