Qualifications

• HGV repair/maintenance qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI).
• DVSA standards knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence for relevant classes.
• Experience in fleet workshop environments.
• Experience with trailers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of technicians to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain workshop productivity and ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Develop your team through hands-on mentoring and training.
• Support customers and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
