Qualifications

• Excellent electrical, diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Good understanding of H&S issues in a workshop environment.
• Clean Driving Licence – HGV would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift technicians and coordinate workload.
• Liaise with the Dealerpoint Manager regarding shift staff, training needs, KPI's etc.
• Diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
• Servicing of vehicles to a high standard.
• Participation in call out and breakdown rota - if/when required.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out scheduled safety inspections and report any rectifications required.
• Complete job cards clearly and accurately.
