Job summary

Dennis Eagle in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our Aftermarket team in Chester. You will diagnose faults, service and repair heavy vehicles, and prepare for MOTs to keep our specialist fleet compliant and on the road.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. We offer a competitive salary (£41,300.88–£45,125.03 pa DOE) and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on chassis and equipment.
• Service and maintain vehicles to industry and company standards.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and perform quality checks.
• Complete records and use workshop systems.
• Collaborate with customers to provide a professional service.
