The Role:
As an HGV Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of HGVs and vans to the highest standards.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT tests and achieve a 100% pass rate.
• Attend breakdowns and provide roadside repairs (on a rota basis).
• Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Ensure health and safety and company policies are followed.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in relevant field such as HGV Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience working with HGVs, ideally within a dealership or similar environment.
• Licence: HGV licence (Class 2 or above is preferred, but not essential).
• Shift Patterns Available:
  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm + Saturdays when required 8am – 12pm
• Breakdown Support: Availability to participate in a call-out rota for roadside repairs.
