Scania – HGV Technician Conversion Programme

Salary: Starting from £36,150

Scania GB offers a conversion programme for Technicians from the Light vehicle, Plant, or Agricultural sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for those seeking to convert their current skills and train to become a Scania HGV Technician.

The programme includes on-site mentoring and bespoke training at our National Training Academy. You will be paired with experienced Scania technicians and mentored during on-site work, and will receive tailored training at the academy delivered by our in-house experts.

We will equip you with all necessary tools and knowledge, with opportunities to earn industry-recognised IRTEC and Scania Roadside Assistance qualifications.

To be eligible, you will need:

• The desire to utilise your experience to transition into the Heavy Vehicle industry
• An apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (NVQ Lv2 or similar considered)
• At least 3 years’ mechanical experience
