Job summary

Talented People seeks a skilled HGV Technician for our Bishops Cleeve fleet maintenance team, with travel to the Bristol depot as required. The role offers a salary up to £48,000 per annum and a core schedule of Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:30, with alternate Saturdays, 07:00–11:30.

You will service, maintain and repair HGVs, diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, perform vehicle inspections and keep accurate records to ensure safety and compliance across our

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, City & Guilds HGV Parts 1, 2 and 3, or equivalent.
• Current Category C (Class 2) HGV driving licence.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Willingness to travel between depots when required.
• Comfortable working at height occasionally and meeting the strict 140kg weight limit for this requirement.

HGV Technician – Bishops Cleeve

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:30, and alternate Saturdays, 07:00–11:30.
