Job summary

Thomas Hardie Commercials Ltd is seeking a motivated professional to join the Aftermarket Department at our Deeside site. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off day shift from 6am to 6pm and includes warranty, contract and retail work, plus preventative maintenance to minimise customer costs.

The successful candidate will hold NVQ3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, have experience with commercial vehicles, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial vehicles.
• Capable of working under pressure and in a team.
• Completed manufacturer training and updated on methods/technical data.
• Full UK driving licence; HGV licence preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and procedures related to warranty, contract and retail work.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimise customer costs.
• Other duties reasonably within your capabilities as instructed by your manager.
