Job summary

The NWH Group is seeking an experienced HGV Technician in Edinburgh. The role features a 4-day week with 10-hour shifts and a starting salary of £40,500 per annum, with overtime available.

You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HGV vehicles and contribute to a safety‑driven, sustainability‑minded team. We look for practical hands‑on skills, a solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HGV Technician or similar role.
• Proficient with hand tools and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
• Customer service oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGV vehicles.
