Nightshift HGV Technician

We are searching for motivated, reliable, and hard-working HGV Technicians of all levels of competency based at our client's depot in Widnes. Please see below for available shift patterns.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 21:30 - 06:00

Salary: c£22.52 per hour (dependent on experience)

Our client is a franchised Scania dealership with five depots throughout North West England, operating 24 hours from Monday to Saturday mornings. Responsibilities of the HGV Technician:

• Carrying out diagnostics, inspections, service routines, repairs, and testing of vehicles professionally and safely, optimizing time efficiency.
• Reporting findings and executing repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Reporting to the shift supervisor.
• Investigating and diagnosing faults.
• Observing health and safety regulations.
• Liaising effectively with the parts department.
