Job summary

CD Auto Engineering Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an HGV Technician for a permanent night-shift position based in the depot workshop.

The role offers a basic salary of £50k with overtime and bonus potential, with an OTE of £60k+. Night work is 22:00–06:00, and the package includes pension, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and full sick pay.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required or preferred.
• IRTEC qualification is preferred.
• Experience on HGVs or similar commercial vehicles desirable.

Responsibilities

• Based in the depot workshop, carrying out maintenance and repair work on HGVs.
• Work as part of a team of technicians with a focus on safety and quality.

Job Description

Working with the UK's BEST Engineering Companies; the exciting role of HGV Technician has become available on a permanent position. The role will involve you being based in the depot workshop.

Desired Skills And Experience

You will either have experience working on HGVs and/or the qualifications to do so such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent & IRTEC qualified. Not essential but ideally you will have a Class 1, Class 2, 7.5 Tonne driving license as well as experience working on a variety of commercial vehicles.
