Salary: £

Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 15:00 / 14:00 - 23:00, rotating weekly. Overtime & Call Out Available

Monday to Friday (45 hrs per week)

You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and waste management handling equipment to meet health and safety legislation and DVSA requirements.

You will also carry out scheduled preventative service and maintenance inspections to meet Biffa’s operator’s licence commitments. Our fleet ranges from light commercial vans to 44t articulated specialist assets, providing diverse learning and development opportunities.

We are looking for professionals with experience as PSV Mechanic, Heavy Goods Technician, Lorry Mechanic, LGV Technician, HGV Technician, or HGV Mechanic.

If you are a skilled or semi-skilled Technician, we would still love to hear from you as we offer upskilling and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• Fully skilled with a full level 3 HGV / PSV apprenticeship qualification, City and Guilds, or NVQ qualification.
• Minimum of a car/van driving licence.
