Job summary

A leading client in the Warrington area is seeking an HGV Technician for a full-time role. The successful candidate will service, repair and maintain HGVs, complete job sheets and liaise with service and parts departments to ensure smooth operations.

Overtime is paid at time and a half, with salary increases after probation and flexible working hours including future four-day week/4-on-4-off options. Previous experience and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience within the role.
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs.
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation.
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department.
• Completion of MOT preparation.

Job description

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, a reputable Automotive Commercial Main Dealership, based in the Warrington area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a competitive hourly rate, starting at £19.50, with overtime available.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

• Basic hourly rate starting at £19.50
• Increasing once through probation
• Flexible working hours, including options for a four-day week or 4-on-4 off in the future
• Overtime paid at time and a half (x1.5)
• Salary increases after successful probation period
• Supportive team environment with a team of four currently, with plans to expand.
