Job Title: HGV Tanker Driver

My client is looking for an experienced HGV Tanker Driver to join their team! If you have previous experience as a Tanker Driver and are looking to join a reputable company, then LOOK NO FURTHER!

You will be responsible for driving and operating a fleet of tanker and combination units ranging from 7.5T to 32T lorries, carrying out pre-planned maintenance works for various customers across the South East & East of England.

Requirements:

1. A passion for solving problems and attention to detail: you won't leave the site until you've tried everything to fix an issue.
2. Ability to work when required, including weekends and callouts (call-out allowance and overtime paid).
3. Provide accurate job updates using our apps and customer portals.
4. Ability to travel across London, the Southeast, and Home counties.
5. Self-motivation and discipline.
6. A serious attitude towards health and safety.
7. Team player.
8. A minimum of 50 hours/week with willingness to work overtime as needed, including planned and emergency short notice (5 hrs. per week deducted for lunch break).
9. Overtime paid at 1.5x base rate; bank holiday working at 2x plus a day in lieu.
10. Proficiency in high-pressure water jetting.
11. Class 2 HGV driving license, with UpToDate CPC (driver responsible for maintaining current certification).
12. Clean driving record preferred, but some points may be considered.
13. Competitive basic salary depending on experience, with additional bonus payments for weekend on-call duty.
14. Full-time PAYE position with always-available overtime.
15. Potential to earn £60k+ through overtime if additional hours are worked.
