What the Role Looks Like:We are seeking two skilled and enthusiastic drivers to join our dedicated team working with Oceania Dairy Limited (ODL).

These opportunities will be based at our Dunsandel Yard and this your chance to be at the forefront – greeting farmers at the gate, ensuring every collection is smooth, safe, and ensuring top-quality service and compliance is delivered at all times.

From gravel tracks to rural roads, your driving expertise will ensure we deliver excellence every time.

Your attention to safety, maintenance, and vehicle operation will reflect the high standards our loyal customers and suppliers expect.

Work Pattern:Full-time, fixed term roles with a rotating 3/3/3 roster:

• 3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off
• Average shift: 10-12 hours

These fixed term roles will be covering the peak milk collection season, from September to January.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience.
• Confidence navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain.
• Day and night shift experience – you’re flexible and reliable.
• A knack for learning new technology – show us your adaptability!
• A passion for teamwork and customer service – we want to hear about your favourite moments!
