Adler and Allan Group in Manchester is seeking an HGV Driver (ADR or non-ADR) for a permanent, full-time position based at our Manchester depot. You will operate as part of a small team to service forecourt and drainage projects for major oil companies and independent clients across the UK.

The role involves manual work cleaning site drainage and tank systems to ensure EA guideline compliance, with full training provided. We offer progression, strong benefits and a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Drainage experience isn’t required as full training will be given.

Aufgaben

• Operate as part of a one/two person team to perform site tankering works, including jetting and drain cleaning, interceptor cleaning and servicing and reactive works at petrol stations, distribution centres and large drainage locations.
• Carry out near miss & potential incident reporting; in-house training will be provided.
• Liaison with customers on site to discuss ongoing works and further services of the Company.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all equipment, PPE and other work items are in good order and available for use; inform supervision if any damage is identified.
• Completion of all works paperwork and submission in a timely manner to divisional supervision.
• Liaison with supervision regarding all works and recommending improvements of possible opportunities.
• Any other duties for which you are qualified for and capable of undertaking.
