Job summary
Rygor Plant is seeking an experienced Plant and HGV Technician to maintain and service vehicles and plant equipment, ensuring uptime and compliance. The role involves PDI, mobile repairs, and collaboration with the sales and service teams to deliver high-quality support.
The successful candidate will have Level 3 in HGV maintenance, plant repair, and a full UK driving licence, with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Level 3 or equivalent in HGV vehicle repair and plant machinery maintenance.
- Ability to identify worn/faulty components per DVSA standards.
- Full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes.
Responsibilities
- Perform major and minor repairs to plant machinery, HGVs, trailers and other vehicles.
- Carry out PDI work and setup on plant machinery.
- Mobile repair and maintenance of plant machinery.
- Maintain records of repairs and services.
- Provide in-house training to recruits as required.
