Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong technical background in automotive repair and service.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to use modern diagnostic equipment.

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicle problems while adhering to Mercedes-Benz guidelines.
• Servicing of vehicles to a high standard.

• Carry out scheduled safety inspections and report rectifications required.
• Complete job cards clearly and accurately.

Job Overview

To service and repair vehicles in a safe and economical manner employing such skills and knowledge as may be required, including the ability to diagnose fault with the minimum supervision. To service, adjust and repair vehicles or components using the tools and equipment provided in safe and proper way, efficiently and within the allocated time and to the required standard.

Working hours

44 hours per week, Tuesday - Friday 7:30pm - 7:00am, inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid break

Salary

£20/ hour incl. night shift allowance (could go up to £22/ hour for the right candidate with diagnostics qualification and experience) + bonus

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicle problems while adhering to Mercedes-Benz guidelines
