We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent HGV Mechanical Technician to join our Fleet & Plant team based at our Charnock Richards depot (PR7 5LQ).

Our Fleet & Plant team plays a vital role in supporting the National Highways network, maintaining and repairing a specialist fleet of vehicles and equipment that help keep roads safe and operational throughout the year.
As an HGV Mechanical Technician, your primary role will be to maintain a bespoke fleet of National Highways winter maintenance vehicle's (including snow blower and plough's), carrying out inspections, diagnostics, servicing and repairs that directly support critical infrastructure across the UK.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a specialist fleet of National Highways vehicles and equipment, including gritters and winter maintenance assets that are essential to keeping the UK's road network moving.
