Job summary

HIJOBS is seeking an HGV Mechanic to service our fleet from the Duisky site in a modern workshop. You will diagnose, service and repair HGVs and vans, perform safety checks and complete all relevant documentation as part of a busy team.

Occasional mobile breakdown work may be required. Working week is Monday to Friday with some Saturday shifts; flexible arrangements may be available. A competitive salary based on experience and qualifications awaits the right candidate.

Job description

HGV Mechanic in a busy workshop maintaining and repairing our own fleet and third party customers vehicles. Based at our Duisky site in our modern workshop facility. Some mobile work is required to cover breakdowns.

The succesful candidate will be based at our busy Duisky workshop. You will be expected to work as part of a team but will also be capable of working on your own. Duties are to include HGV and van safety checks, maintenace and repairs and completing all relevant documentation.

The workshop is well equipped with current diagnostic equipment and digital maintenance records.

We offer good working conditions and a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Working week is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts. Flexible working may be available.

Transport may be provided for the right candidate.
