Perfect Placement in Exeter is recruiting a Commercial Vehicle Driver to efficiently collect and deliver HGV and LCV vehicles across Exeter and surrounding areas, coordinating with workshop staff to ensure timely operations.

The role offers a full-time, permanent position with regular working hours. A valid HGV or LCV licence is required, along with proven driving experience and knowledge of UK road regulations. Training to obtain an HGV licence is provided to support career development.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV or LCV licence
• Proven experience as HGV/LCV driver
• Knowledge of UK road regulations and safety standards
• Strong organisational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering HGV and LCV vehicles to and from the workshop and client locations in Exeter and surrounding areas
• Handling all vehicles with care, following health and safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate logs of collections and deliveries as a Commercial Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver
• Conducting vehicle inspections before and after transportation
• Coordinating with workshop staff and management to ensure timely operations
• Ensuring adherence to all UK road safety standards during transportation
