Job summary

Wild Recruitment in Southampton is hiring an HGV Dustcart Driver to support local household and commercial waste collections. The role runs Mon–Fri, 6am–4pm, on a PAYE basis, and is a temp/ongoing assignment.

You will drive HGV Class 2 dustcarts as part of a 3-person crew, perform daily vehicle checks and follow all safety procedures. A Category C licence with CPC & Digi Tacho is required, plus at least 6 months’ HGV Class 2 experience.

Qualifications

• Category C licence, CPC & Digi Tacho.
• Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 2 experience.
• Able to lift and support loading when required.
• Team player with good initiative.
• Must pass a driving assessment before starting.
• Rear-steer experience is helpful but not essential.
