Job summary

Pertemps Southampton are seeking a qualified HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver in Hedge End. Early starts and ongoing work with occasional Saturdays are available.

You will drive dustcarts for a local authority and lead a loader team on a planned route, with a flexible role that may include loader duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK licence required.
• HGV Class 2 licence required.
• Digi Card and Driver CPC required.
• Max 6 points on licence.

Job description

Pertemps Southampton are currently looking for HGV Class 2 Refuse Drivers to work in Hedge End.

NEWLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS WELCOME!

Basic - £15.45ph PAYE

Overtime - £23.18ph PAYE

Mon to Fri

Early Starts

Occasional Saturdays when required

All Candidates will undergo a Driving assessment before starting the assignment.

The successful HGV Refuse Driver will be responsible for:

• Regular and ongoing work driving dustcarts for a local authority.
• Driving a team of loaders on a planned route

Ideally you will have a flexible approach as you will be required to also operate as a loader from time to time.

The HGV Refuse Driver will have:

• Full UK licence
• Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
• Digi Card and Driver CPC
• Maximum of 6 points
