Job summary

Caesarstone is relocating its Head Office and Distribution Centre to Lutterworth, Leicestershire, and is recruiting delivery drivers to join the team. You will transport large engineered stone slabs to fabricator customers, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a HGV 2 licence and HIAB training, has 2+ years’ experience, and can commit to 45 hours weekly with 2–3 night outs.

• No more than 3 points on your licence
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Flexibility to accommodate different start times
• Up to date CPCs

• Ensure shipments are transported safely and efficiently
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Work 45 hours per week with 2/3 nights away in sleeper cabin

Caesarstone is an award-winning international designer and manufacturer of premium surfaces for the commercial and residential interiors sector.

As part of the relocation of our Head Office and Distribution Centre to Lutterworth, Leicestershire we are currently recruiting new drivers to join our current team.

As a company that offers a premium delivery service to our customers, our driver team will play a large part in this promise. You will do this by ensuring that our large engineered stone slabs are transported and delivered safely and efficiently to our fabricator customers. At Caesarstone you will not just be driving one of our highly equipped trucks, but will also build and maintain great relationships with our loyal customers.

We are looking for careful, considerate drivers with solid experience who will be proud to represent our premium brand. Immediate start available!

The successful candidate must have a HGV 2 licence and be HIAB trained. This role would be ideal for a driver with previous experience working for a Builders Merchants or similar. You will work 45 hours per week and there will be a requirement to stay out 2/3 nights each week in our fully equipped sleeper cabin (with additional tax free night out payment and subsistence meal allowance). Clear communication and presentable appearance are also important.

Salary £36,000 per annum with increase after successful completion of 5 month probation + £25 tax free night out payments + subsistence payment
