Job summary

Enva Recycling Scotland is seeking a Class 2 Skips Driver to join the Linwood depot on a permanent basis. You will operate assigned vehicles on allocated routes in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner, with overtime eligibility.

Role is Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm, with overtime opportunities. Must hold a valid Class 2 licence, DCPC, and Digital Tachograph. Full driving duties, vehicle checks, and adherence to regulations are required to ensure safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 driving licence.
• Hold a valid DCPC.
• Hold a valid Digital Tachograph.
• Display a professional and organised approach.
• Have good time management.
• Display initiative.
• Able to competently and safely operate assigned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects to ensure roadworthiness.
• Collect all waste from allocated customers.
• Comply with driver hours and highway regulations.
• Maintain vehicle records and ensure security of vehicles and equipment.
• Provide customers with high levels of service.

Enva Recycling Scotland is hiring a Class 2 Skips Driver to join the Linwood depot in a permanent basis.

Monday - Friday, 6am to 4pm with eligibility for overtime

In this role, you will safely and competently operate assigned vehicles on allocated routes in a timely, professional and customer focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and presentable to Company standards
• Collect all waste from allocated customers
• Comply with all legislation including driver’s hours and highway regulations
• Hold a duty of care to self & others
• Ensure vehicle security including equipment & plant
• Maintain of mandatory driver/vehicle records
• Provide customers with the highest level of service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Hold full Class 2 driving licence
• Hold valid DCPC
• Hold valid Digital Tachograph
• Display professional and organised approach
• Handle good time management
• Display initiative
• Able to competently and safely operate assigned vehicles
