Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be aged at least 25 and hold a full clean driving license.
• Hiab training or willingness to train.
• Safety-first approach at all times.
• Maintains customer confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
• Organised with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Guernsey Roads.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting products safely and on time.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining records.
• Complying with traffic laws and maintaining a clean driving record.
• Reviewing delivery orders to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
• Assisting and supervising loading of goods for delivery.
• Operating equipment while avoiding overloading.
• Using handheld devices to evidence proof of delivery.
• Assisting with unloading goods on site.
• Providing excellent customer service and answering questions.
• Undergoing training as required by the business.
• Adhering to Group Policies and Health & Safety procedures.
