Job summary

SUEZ in Maldon is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to drive and operate LGV vehicles collecting household waste and recycling, delivering a high level of service while adhering to Health and Safety rules.

The role requires a Category C licence with valid CPC, a willingness to work the Tue-Fri shift (06:30-17:00) and full PPE is provided, with SUEZ Company Benefits.

About The Role

Location - Maldon

• £33,394.30 per year, £16.00 per hour
• Working 40 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Friday (Overtime Available)
• Start & Finish Hours: 06:30am - 17:00pm

About The Role

What will I be doing?

The role will involve the driving and the operation of LGV vehicles collecting household waste and recycling from the residents delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our Health and Safety rules at all times.

What are the requirements?

• Applicants must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team delivering a high level of customer service.
• An LGV Category C licence as well as a valid CPC card are essential.
• Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable, however is not essential.
• Experience of working with Stillage Vehicles – Kerbside Loaders and RCV is desirable but not essential as training will be given where necessary.
