Job summary

Loomis UK is hiring Driver Guards at our Birmingham operation. You will be responsible for the secure transportation of cash and valuables between clients and destinations, ensuring service and safety standards. The job involves daily deliveries, vehicle checks, and physical tasks while maintaining excellent customer relations.

You’ll receive full training and PPE, with a clear progression path within Loomis. A UK driving licence is required and SIA licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks.
• Verifiable 10-year history of employment/unemployment/education.
• Current UK driving licence (Category C1 minimum).
• SIA licence required (CVIT licence holders qualify for post-probation pay & £1,000 bonus).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport cash and valuables between clients and destinations.
• Maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Perform vehicle checks before journeys and adhere to safety protocols.
• Be physically capable of frequent walking, bending, lifting up to 15 kg.
• Deliver with accuracy and build strong customer relationships.
