CES Power is seeking a safety‑conscious HGV driver to cover multi-site UK deliveries across customer locations. You will operate Class 1/2 vehicles, perform daily checks, and complete PODs while adhering to ADR, CPC and site safety rules.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading generator equipment, securing loads, and maintaining excellent customer service with on‑time deliveries. Occasional overnight stays and UK travel are expected.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 or 2 licence with CPC and ADR where applicable.
• Experience delivering plant, power generation equipment or heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of load securing, driver hours and Working Time Directive.

Responsabilités

• Operate HGV Class 1 and/or Class 2 vehicles under transport legislation.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep documentation up to date.
• Deliver and collect generators, fuel tanks and related equipment.
• Position equipment safely on site and assist with loading/unloading.
• Ensure ADR compliance and proper labelling/segregation of hazardous goods.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance with customer site procedures.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate delivery schedules.
