Job summary

CCF, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is seeking a Category C HGV Driver in Southampton to move plasterboard and insulation between branches to customers. A MOFFETT forklift is used for loading and unloading, with training provided if needed.

You'll work Monday to Friday with no overnights, enjoying sociable hours, competitive pay plus bonuses, and a range of benefits. Safety and customer service are priorities in this role.

Qualifications

• Category C driving licence with up-to-date CPC records and recent HGV experience.
• Comfortable chatting with customers and building relationships.
• Strong emphasis on safety and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks, move plasterboard and insulation between branches and customers.
• Load/unload safely using MOFFETT forklift; re-load at branches between drops.
• Handle multi-drop routes and maintain high service levels.

What will you be doing?

You'll be driving our trucks, moving plasterboard and insulation from our branches to customers, using a MOFFETT forklift to load and unload safely and efficiently. Don't worry if you don't have a MOFFETT license - we'll train you! It's a multi-drop role, so you'll be back to the branch at least once to reload before hitting the road again.
