Job summary

Brakes in Reading is seeking a qualified HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team. You will deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers across the local region, ensuring on-time deliveries and high food hygiene standards.

You will work Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays, starting between 04:30 and 06:00, and will be responsible for load planning and maintaining clear records while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Class 2 Driver with valid CPC cards.
• Proactive approach to work and high service standards.
• Experience delivering ambient, chilled and frozen goods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers locally.
• Ensure deliveries are safe, on time and meet food hygiene standards.
• Maintain load plans and accurate records for shipments.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
