Job summary

Brakes is seeking a dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver for shifts starting early in the morning at 04:30. You will deliver ambient, chilled and frozen goods across the local region, ensuring on-time, safe deliveries and strict food hygiene standards.

You will maintain load plans, complete delivery records and build strong relationships with customers and teammates. A valid CPC and a proactive approach are essential, with flexibility to work Saturdays on a rotating pattern.

Qualifications

• Qualified Class 2 Driver with valid CPC cards.
• Commitment to delivering the highest standard of service to customers.
• Strong eye for detail and effective communication.
• Ability to follow processes and work flexibly within a shift system.

2 shifts available: all 04:30 - 06:30 start times

• Monday - Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturdays inc. rest day in the week
• Tuesday - Saturday

A key member of our driving team, you’ll deliver our fantastic ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers across the local region. You’ll make sure everything is delivered safely, on time and to the highest food hygiene standards. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, completing load plans and building positive relationships with your colleagues and customers.
