Job summary

ADR Network, the UK’s largest dedicated HGV driver agency, is looking for Class 1 drivers at Sainsbury’s in Crick, Northampton – with full-time, part-time and weekend shifts available, you can maximise your income with consistent, year-round work.

Pay rates start from £19.69 per hour on weekdays, £22.51 per hour nights, up to £24.55 per hour on weekend nights, with a £40 weekly shift-incentive. All rates are PAYE and holiday pay accrues separately.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence.
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 12 months of recent HGV driving experience required.
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).

Responsibilities

• No-touch runs between depots and RDCs with minimal load interaction.
• Shift lengths typically 10–12 hours.
• Direct depot-to-depot work with consistent, year-round hours.

• Weekdays: From £19.69 per hour
• Weeknights: From £22.51 per hour
• Weekend/BH days: Up to £21.73 per hour
• Weekend/BH nights: Up to £24.55 per hour
• £40 incentive for completing a 6th shift in a week
• All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately

These are simple, no-touch runs between depots and RDCs, with minimal load interaction and consistent shift patterns. Ideal for drivers who prefer straightforward routes and reliable hours. Shift lengths are typically 10 – 12 hours, so talk to us about what works for you.
