Job summary

HG Recruitment is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for afternoon shifts in Sherburn in Elmet, with immediate starts. Roles include store work, 3/4 drops per shift, and 12-hour shifts with required manual handling and tail-lift operation. Ongoing work and reliable weekly pay are offered.

Shifts run afternoons 12:00–16:00; you must hold a UK HGV Class 1 licence, CPC, and Tachograph card, with up to 6 points and at least 12 months’ experience. Weekly pay and support are provided by HG Recruitment.

• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Minimum 12 months' driving experience.
• Good knowledge of drivers hours and Working Time rules.

• Days £19.79 - £29.32
• Nights £23.32 - £32.85
• Weekend £25.61 - £32.85
• Overtime after 45 hours - £29.68 - £44.52
• Bank Holiday £39.68 - £56.17

***Estimated weekly pay £1124 based on 55 hrs***

The role

• Store work
• Approximately 3/4 drops per shift/ 12 hours per shift approx.

Requirements
