Job Opportunity: HGV Class 2, Cat C Refuse Driver in Woking

We are currently hiring for an HGV Class 2, Cat C Refuse Driver to work from our client’s site in Woking.

Role Overview: You will be a Driver/Loader, responsible for both driving and assisting the team by helping to pull wheelie bins.

Schedule & Pay: Typically, a 5:45 am start, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays and Bank Holidays. Pay rate is excellent at £17.12 per hour, with overtime, Saturday, and bank holiday enhancements.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is reliable, experienced in HGV driving, and a team player who values a vital, yet often under-valued role.

Responsibilities of the Cat C, HGV Class 2 Driver

• Driving and operating a class 2 dust cart, refuse lorry, or bin lorry
• Conducting daily vehicle checks
• Assisting with manually moving domestic wheelie bins
• Providing professional waste management services to residential customers
• Working effectively as part of a team

Requirements for the Cat C, HGV Class 2 Driver

• UK driving licence with Cat C entitlement
• CPC card
• Digi Tacho card
• Verifiable references
• Maximum of 6 minor penalty points
