Frontier Agriculture SA is seeking a Class 1 driver to join our permanent, full-time team at Witham St Hughs. You will transport products from Frontier locations to customers, prioritising health, safety and professional conduct on every delivery.

The role includes nights out during the working week depending on workflow. We offer a competitive package with driver CPC training, comprehensive early-career training, and strong welfare support for drivers across the UK.

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our professional Class 1 driving team at Frontier on a permanent full-time basis. Your base location would be: Witham St Hughs.

We are more than just a haulage company. At Frontier, you will join a community of professional drivers who are an essential part of our business. Our fleet of next generation DAF XG/XF trucks are advanced with modern equipment to maximise safety and comfort for our professional drivers including:

• Built-in fridge
• Microwave
• Upgraded mattress
• Inverter
• CB Radio
• Loading camera & weigher with in-cab display
• Park air cooling system
• 360-degree cameras
• Digital mirror system

We also invest in ongoing training and driver welfare, as well as paying performance-related bonuses.

As part of this role nights out will be required during your working week; this will depend on workflows.

About You

• Class 1 HGV Licence
• Driver CPC
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues
• Comfortable being a point of contact for customers when delivering goods

• Transporting product from various Frontier locations, farms, stores, docks, etc., to our customers, with a key focus on health and safety and professionalism.
