Job summary

Connect Appointments has HGV Class 1 driving work available for an established client in Normanton. We are seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver to work day shifts, carrying trunking or general haulage duties.

The role offers ongoing year round work, with Monday to Friday shifts averaging 8 to 15 hours and overtime on weekends. Paid weekly at £19.05 to £22.41 per hour, holidays included, with call support and regular hours.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• A minimum of 1 year's class 1 driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Cards.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• No DR, DD, CD, IN, or TT codes accepted.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles on trunking or general haulage tasks.
• Carry out shifts as scheduled, with day shifts as standard.
• Maintain compliance with CPC and tachograph regulations.
