Job summary

Lanes Group Ltd in the Sevenoaks area is seeking a skilled HGV Jetting Engineer to join our depot network. You will identify defects and blockages in the sewer network and operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean and clear them, contributing to our 365-days-a-year service commitment.

You will hold a HGV Class 2 licence and be comfortable using a laptop/tablet for data entry, with duties including remote CCTV investigations, liaison with customers, and adherence to safety policies.

Our Drainage/Depot Network consists of a strategically located depot network across the UK, spanning from Aberdeen to Plymouth. Enabling rapid response to customer requirements and providing round-the-clock coverage, 365 days a year.

Purpose of the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HGV Jetting Engineer to join our Sevenoaks Depot, this role involves identifying defects and blockages within the sewer network and using high pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear.

• £17.00 per hour (Paid weekly)
• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote CCTV investigations to assess the condition of underground pipes and sewers.
• Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages in drains, sewers, pipes, and other wastewater systems.
• Liaising with customers.
• Updating electronical records.
• Adhering to the company safety and compliance policies.
• Vehicle and Jetting Equipment checks and maintenance reporting.

Key Requirements
