Job summary

Turbo Driving Recruitment is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a growing transport and logistics team in Goole, United Kingdom. If you're an experienced HGV Class 1 / Category C+E / LGV Driver, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Class 1 driver, you will transport goods across regional routes, complete cage and pallet deliveries with tail lifts, and perform pre- and post-route checks while adhering to road safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) driving licence.
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• Minimum 3 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• Knowledge of driving regulations and compliance.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods across regional routes to retail stores.
• Complete cage and pallet deliveries using tail lifts.

The Role:

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include:

• Transport goods across regional routes to retail stores
• Complete cage and pallet deliveries using tail lifts
• Conduct pre and post-route vehicle checks
• Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods

Requirements:

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will have:

• A valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) driving licence

Rolled Up Rate

• Monday to Friday Days £19.12 per hour
• Monday to Thursday Nights £21.24 per hour
• Friday PM rate £23.53 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday Days £24.66 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday Nights £25.78 per hour

Shift Patterns:

• Any 5 days: Days 08:00 starts | Nights 20:00 starts
