Job summary

Aquaflow in Erith is seeking a dedicated HGV Driver & Operator to join our drainage maintenance team. You will operate jetting units, respond to emergencies, conduct CCTV surveys, and report findings to clients and internal teams.

You must hold a valid HGV Class 2 license, water jetting and confined space certifications, plus experience with CCTV equipment and health and safety practices. The role offers overtime opportunities and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence is required.
• High-pressure water jetting certification is required.
• Confined space entry certification is required.
• Experience in drainage maintenance and jetting operations is required.
• Familiarity with CCTV drainage survey equipment and software is desirable, as is knowledge of health and safety practices in utility operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV jetting units to perform drainage cleaning and maintenance.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and planned maintenance schedules.
• Conduct CCTV surveys to assess drainage conditions.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to report findings and propose solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
