Motus Commercials is the largest DAF Trucks Dealer Group in Europe and the largest Independent Commercial Vehicle Dealer Group in the UK and we are on the lookout for a fully skilled HGV Class 1 Driver. As our new Driver, you will join our friendly team at our Derby dealership on a 3 month fixed term contract

Monday to Friday 6.00am - 15.30pm Alternate Saturdays 6.00am - 11.00am

Other shifts can be discussed at interview

Salary – OTE £35000

As a Class 1 Driver at Motus Commercials in Derbywe will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Experience HGV Class 1 Essential

Minimum 1 years’ experience

Display a high level of customer service

Knowledge of local area

Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal

Experience of working in loading and unloading vehicles

Experience working in a workshop environment

Main duties will be:

We require an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible

• To carry out loaded brake tests to VOSA standards

• To carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles as and when required.

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Organising/Maintain truck parking adhering to Health and Safety
