Job summary

Attega Group Ltd is recruiting an experienced HGV Drainage Engineer to operate a tanker and visit client sites for drainage maintenance and emergency response in Swindon and surrounding areas.

The role requires night and early-morning starts with occasional overnight stays away from home. Basic salary up to £48,100 plus overtime potential and a benefits package, including pension and insurance, is offered.

Qualifications

• At least a year of experience in the drainage industry.
• License required: Class 2 at minimum.
• Demonstrates problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate a HGV tanker to carry out pre-planned maintenance works.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment to the best condition.
• Perform vacuum tanker operations and wastewater management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and safety protocols for HGV drainage tanker operation.
• Work with an assistant and feed information back to the office accurately.
• Support CCTV & Drainage teams with surveys and investigations.
