Lanes Group is seeking customer-focused operatives to join our Thames Water contract in Camberley. You will drive an HGV in a two-person team, operate high-pressure water jetting, and carry out drainage maintenance across residential sites.

Full-time, 50 hours per week, with comprehensive training provided. You will record job reports, use VISTEC and Salesforce, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering reliable waste-water drainage services.

Responsabilités

• Travelling to residential sites via an HGV in a two-person team
• Powering a high-pressure water jet for restoration
• Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems
• Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided
• Run diagnostics and repairs on drains
• Delivering good customer service
• Maintaining good health and safety practise while carrying out works
• Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished
• Comply with health and safety responsibilities, PPE / safe site setups protecting staff, the public and road users
• Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms
• Operate JHL specification vacuum tankers and associated equipment
• Safely access vehicle cabs, sites and offices using correct procedures
• Manipulate pipework safely, loading/unloading to/from tanker storage trays
• Work unsupervised in all weather conditions, wearing PPE or via lone worker system
• Dynamically risk assess site access and working conditions
• Liaising with the client regarding process and updates
• Provide support to colleagues
• Conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before and after use
• Report any defects or malfunctions
• Carry out risk assessments and maintain a mature approach to risk perception
• Be aware of Lanes Group policies and responsibilities
• Any other reasonable ad-hoc tasks, duties or projects as requested by management
