Job summary

Attega Group Ltd is recruiting a HGV Drainage Engineer to operate a 26 tonne Combi tanker and attend drainage jobs across the UK from the Halifax yard.

The role is full-time and permanent, with hours 8am–4pm (flexible depending on works). Training can be provided for drainage experience; candidate must have a full UK driving licence and a valid HGV Class 2 CPC.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• HGV Class 2 Licence with CPC is required.
• Commutable to Halifax yard.
• Happy to cover nationally.
• Drainage experience preferred but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete various tasks in the Drainage, Water and Sewer industry.
• Drive and operate Jetvac tanker (Combi).
• Tank cleans; clear blockages and obstructions.
• Wet and dry well cleans; high pressure water jetting; operate jet vac suction hose.

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a HGV Drainage Engineer to join their team.

The main purpose of this HGV Drainage Engineer role is to operate the 26 tonne Combi tanker and attending various drainage jobs throughout the UK.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 8am - 4pm, but this could be flexible depending on works required.

Reporting to the your responsibilities will include:

• Completing various tasks in the Drainage, Water and Sewer industry
• Driving and operating Jetvac tanker (Combi)
• Tank Cleans, Clearing Blockages and obstructions
• Wet/ dry well cleans, High Pressure Water Jetting, Operating Jet Vac suction hose

The ideal candidate:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC
• Commutable to Halifax yard
• Happy to cover nationally
• Drainage experience is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
