Qualificações

• Diagnose, service, repair and maintain Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) to a high standard.
• Inspections, diagnostics and repairs across mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient workshop operation and a seamless customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Heavy Goods Vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs on various truck models. Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
• Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used, maintaining thorough documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and relevant departments to support an efficient workflow, minimise vehicle downtime and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
• Provide clear and accurate technical information to colleagues and customers where required to support effective decision-making and the smooth progression of vehicle repairs.
• Ensure all tools, equipment and workshop facilities are used correctly and maintained in a safe and serviceable condition.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and relevant legal requirements relating to vehicle maintenance, workshop operations and health and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
