Job summary

Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a proactive HGV Class C Driver in the United Kingdom. You will join a driver team, collect and deliver vehicles to meet deadlines and support the workshop operations with accurate paperwork and customer-facing service.

Ideal candidates have HGV driving experience, strong customer focus and a collaborative approach to ensure smooth handovers and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience driving HGV class 2 vehicles and within recovery.
• Very customer-focused with strong customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver cars within agreed timescales, ensuring best service and accurate cash/card handling.
• Complete forms to indicate damage, accident-related issues, old damage, sign with customer.
• Highlight defects seen during loading/unloading or handover and inform Production Manager.
• Ensure all jobs are referenced and filed on completion.
