Job summary

The Staffing Network Ltd is recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver based in Welham Green. This role requires both driving and manual loading of waste and recycling, with an immediate start available.

The successful candidate will drive safely on routes, perform vehicle checks, follow safety procedures, and provide excellent service to customers and the community. Physical fitness and flexibility to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence and up-to-date CPC where required.
• Experience in waste and recycling collections is desirable.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle on collection routes.
• Load and unload household waste and recycling materials.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Follow Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Provide excellent service to customers and the community.
