Drivers Plus is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Day Driver for a role based in Leeds (LS9). Start times are 07:00 with shifts around 12 hours. Night out opportunities and a PAYE contract are offered.

Qualifications

• Essential: good communicator, reliable, timekeeping and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Delivering around 1–2 deliveries per shift.
• Delivering cabinets and loading onto tail lift.
• Handball required; strap curtains and pallets.

£14.28ph - £16ph |Curtain Sider | PAYE)

Drivers Plus is currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Day Driver with experience in driving Curtain Sider vehicles who is willing to do nights out. You will be working out of Leeds (LS9) for our prestigious client. Start times will be at 07:00. Shifts last around 12 hours.

What you’ll be doing as a HGV Class 2 Day Driver:

• . The company operate between Monday – Friday.
• . 2 – 3 shifts a week
• . Delivering around 1 - 2 deliveries per shift.
• . Delivering cabinets; Will be rolling them onto the tail lift.
• . Handball required. You will be required to strap your Curtains and pallets.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Day Driver who has experience driving curtain-siders. Our client requires drivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience who have actively used their licence for the last 6 months. It’s essential you are a good communicator, reliable, and take pride in your work, prioritising timekeeping and health and safety.

• · No more than 6 points on your licence.
