Job summary

Top Tier Recruitment is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Curtainsider Driver for ongoing work with one of our established clients. You will operate a left-hand drive Class 1 vehicle and complete scheduled collections and deliveries, with approximately 10-hour shifts and 06:00 starts.

You must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, left-hand drive experience, a Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, plus excellent communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Left-hand drive experience is essential.
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card required.

Responsibilities

• Class 1 curtainsider work and scheduled deliveries.
• Operate a left-hand drive vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and complete paperwork.
• Potential nights out and some tramping may be required.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Class 1 curtainsider work
• Operating a left-hand drive vehicle
• Approximately 10-hour shifts
• 06:00 starts
• Completing scheduled collections and deliveries
• Some tramping and nights out may be required
• Daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Previous left-hand drive experience - essential
• Previous Class 1 curtainsider experience
• Valid Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and reliable approach
• Flexibility to tramp when required
